I am renting this room on behalf of my parents. Their names are Claudia and Mike, my mom only speaks Spanish and my dad speaks English and Spanish. They live in the hammocks, in an apartment complex. The complex is gated, it has a pool and gym. It's about 12 minutes away from MDC Kendall Campus and has shopping and supermarkets around.
About the room: The room has a queen bed with a nightstand, a dresser, a desk, and a small TV. Anything can be removed if you'd prefer to make it your own. You'd have your own private bathroom, they only ask that they can borrow it when guests come (you don't have to clean it when that happens of course). They purchased a small refrigerator to put inside of the room for anything that you want to store, other than that, you have full access to the kitchen. Utilities are included! Will lower rent if you don't have a car but there is a space included if you do. Must be a clean person.
