It is for you if you like to be walking distance to Fresco y Más, Vizcaya metrorail station, you have nearby Brickell, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne and Coral Gables. Other groceries really close: Publix, Sedanos, Navarro, Milams, Aldi, Trader Joe's and in the recently opened Grove Central with stores as Total Wine, Target, Sprouts and Five Below.
If you like to be 30 minutes drive away from every area: Doral, Kendall, Ft Lauderdale, if you like to be 15 minutes drive away from South Beach.
You will have a sofabed, and other small furniture in the room if needed, I can remove them if necessary.
The whole apartment has impact windows.
Electricity, Internet and water are included.
You will have access to the pool (closed for repairs), building laundry room access and visitor's parking spot available.
The condominium request a credit and background check among other requisites in order to be able to move in for 100$.
First pay will be first month + deposit + last month. (Rent will be 900$ if you don't use the kitchen to cook).
