The house is very well located in a very secure gated community in Overtown, 20th St. and 4th Ct, just one block away from Wynwood. It has been recently renovated and furnished with great taste. It's kept clean and neat. The house is located close to Biscayne and 19 St, 10 minutes away from South Beach, minutes to Downtown, Midtown and Brickell.

Rules: No pets, No Smokers, Clean after yourself the common areas. Laundry machines can be used once per week. You are renting a room and with access to the kitchen, bathroom and laundry, No Drugs, Not heavy cooking.

To move in: first month and last month. Month-to-month lease. Min 6months rental.

Ideal candidate would be a female in their 20's or early 30's that works full time, or a full time student, any uncomplicated and clean person. Someone independent that knows how to be cordial but mind their own business as well and respect the space. No Guests Allowed, no overnight sleepovers. Common sense is required, someone easy going and Drama Free.

Martin (the landlord) I don't live in the house. the other housemates are 2 girls upstairs, with whom you would share a bathroom. and one male downstairs with his private bathroom.
