Looking for a peaceful place to call home? We’re renting out a private furnished bedroom in a fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, located in a quiet residential area just 10 minutes from Haulover Beach.
The home features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large backyard overlooking a lake, perfect for relaxing or enjoying time outdoors. There are 3 parking spots available on the property.
You’ll be sharing the house with a respectful and quiet roommate. The bathroom will be shared occasionally with me when I am visiting Miami but most of the time of the year will be private.
The home is located in a safe, well-connected neighborhood with easy access to shops, beaches, and major highways.

Lease Terms
• Lease Duration: 6–12 months
• Rent: $1100
• Move-in Costs: First month’s rent + security deposit
• Utilities: Split equally among tenants (electricity, and internet). Included in the rent ( water, trash and frontyard-backyard maintenance). 
• Pets: Allowed
• Smoking Policy: Smoking allowed in designated areas (backyard)
