Hello I'm looking to rent out 1 Room to a Female or a male Roommate it will be a Private big room Furnished with a Flat screen tv with Roku Apps all movies apps it will be cable tv on all 3 tv's which is Direct tv light bill will be included will be a closet and a Cocktail table inside the room a small Garbage can to throw away trash the Bathroom will be shared with me and my partner its a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom u will have ur mini Fridge inside the room the microwave will be in the kitchen for u to use also a Coffee drip maker a Toaster oven a Kitchen Table for u to eat you have access to the stove in the kitchen only Light cooking u can do I'm asking $800 For Months stay it can be weekly or Monthly stay Security deposit which is $50 so that will be $850 all together For move in Please no smoking inside the house no drugs no drinking inside my home no overnight stays I'm Pregnant with a Baby on the way i will be doin background checks and I Advise u to Respect my home no Dirtyness Always clean up after urself bathroom and also the Bedroom.
