Your room has a private mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

Washer / dryer in-unit, street parking in Zone 26, free EV charging, dock over the water, steps from the pool, and 2 outdoor seating areas on the water. Easy access to launch PWC into the water.

10 minute walk to Normandy Village; bus lines, restaurants, shopping and the free trolley to South Beach. 15 minute walk to the beach; you can see it from here.

Normandy Shores Golf Course w/ Clubhouse Restaurant and Happy Hours, outdoor gym overlooking Biscayne Bay and tennis courts all on island within walking distance.

$1,250 / month includes all utilities; FPL, gas dryer, cable TV and wireless Wifi.
