Building has 2 washer/2 dryer, balcony with a great view of areas nearby, and bedroom comes with a guest bathroom but we usually don’t have visitors so the bathroom is all yours. At the moment parking space is limited since the building has a new manager but we are working on having parking spaces for roommates. Rent is due on the first through the fifth of each month. Near Wynwood and Midtown, 2 minute walk to ocean behind building and gated park nearby with amazing view of islands.
