Resident - Landlord remodeling/fixing up my investment property making it into a live-in art studio with a strong community connection to the Miami Design District and Wynwood art scene. I am discounting the rent to $675 a month while I work on and fix the house. About Me: I am a technology professional and artist-entrepreneur (Gay) on an artistic YouTube journey, renovating this investment home to get my artwork into Miami Art Basel.

The (private) rental room and rental bathroom is on the opposite side of the house "away" from the art studio area so very little interaction, very quiet, privacy. The rental bathroom is directly next to the rental room. Kitchen use included. The rental room is separated from the art studio part of the space by 3 rooms, the entrance, kitchen, and living room as seen in the photos.

No Guests, visitors, etc. Only the person renting in the house/on property period. "If this is an issue we respectfully ask you not to inquire".

Great opportunity for inexpensive, money saving renting while looking for your own apartment.
