The (private) rental room and rental bathroom are on the opposite side of the house, "away" from the art studio area, so there is very little interaction, and it is quiet. The rental bathroom is directly next to the rental room. Kitchen use included. The rental room and studio area are separated by the entrance, kitchen, and living room as seen in the photos.

No Guests, visitors, etc. Only the person renting in the house/on property period. "If this is an issue, we respectfully ask you not to inquire".
