Looking for someone to take over my room with a private balcony in a 2BR 2BA apt on the 27th floor of a beautiful building in Midtown. Move-in would be any time this year, co-signing on a ~10 month lease. Rent is ~$2,000 plus bills, which are pretty low.

You'd be living with a 34 year old professional woman who's friendly, outgoing and has been in the building for a few years. The ideal roommate is cat friendly, LGBT friendly and laid back.
