• In-Room Kitchenette: Equipped with a mini stainless steel fridge, microwave, and single burner cooktop.
• Utilities Included: High-speed internet, water, and electricity are all covered.
• Shared Amenities: Access to a full-sized kitchen, living room, and shared bathroom.
Requirements & Fees
• Capacity: Strictly one person.
• Ideal Tenant: Clean, responsible, non-smoker, and drug-free.
• Remote Work: Applicants working from home are welcome for an additional fee.
• Move-in Costs: First month’s rent plus two security deposits. (Flexibility is available on the second deposit for qualified tenants).
• Background Check: $50 non-refundable application fee and valid ID required.
• Monthly Cleaning: Please note a monthly cleaning fee will apply to maintain the home's standards.
