Looking for easy going, clean, respectful, and chill roommate. If it will be a couple we can negotiate the monthly payment accordingly. I have a 4 year old pit bull who is friendly and curious. So hopefully you are a dog lover and don’t mind him. It is me and my husband that lives here. We had a previous tenant that was here almost 3 years but is now moving out because he is going to take care of his mom. He unfortunately only gave me a month notice so I need someone by at least the beginning of July. I just had heart surgery and we need someone that is reliable in paying their rent and keeping the household stress free. Looking forward to meeting someone with these attributes 😌
