Hi! My current roommate is moving out in October so I need someone to take her place. Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Must agree to certain rules before move in. Must agree to 1 year lease. Utilities included except for laundry. Near Winn Dixie, University of Miami, Metrorail, etc.

I prefer for us to be friends and have a good relationship! Looking for someone I get along with to foster mutual understanding and respect.

Please keep in mind that I have a pet dog! She is currently 10 months old and 54lbs. Her crate is in the living room and she eats in the kitchen. She is a sweetheart and is very friendly. If your dog is well behaved we can discuss the procedure for moving in with your pet. Please do not contact me if you are allergic or scared of dogs!
