Large and beautiful room with private bathroom

Hi! I’m renting out this room in my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, located 5 minutes from downtown at 590 W Flagler St.

ROOM

The room comes with its own private bathroom (not shared with anyone) and a spacious closet. It is furnished with a full-size bed, a desk, m, and an office chair.

APARTMENT

The apartment features a full kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. Building amenities include a pool, a gym, and covered parking (additional cost: approx. $150/car, $50/motorcycle). Utilities are extra and the cost is split at the end of the month. I require the first and last month's rent upfront. (The $1,300 deposit can be split over two months).

ABOUT ME

You’ll be sharing the space only with me and my cat. I work online from the living room, which is where I spend most of my time. I work out every morning from 6:00 AM to 6:30 AM. I meal-prep twice a week and make breakfast every morning.

WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU:

I am a very clean and respectful person. Since I work from home, it is VERY important to me that shared areas stay clean so I can focus on my work.
I use a robot vacuum/mop throughout the apartment every other day.

I’m looking for a roommate with a full-time job during the day.

This isn't a party house, but we can certainly discuss doing something together if it works for both of us.

AGREEMENTS

Keep shared spaces clean.

Make payments before the 3rd of the month to avoid a $100 administrative fee.

We each buy our own groceries, though we can agree to share items if we both want to.

PETS

Pets are allowed, provided there is only one (not too large), it gets along with my cat, and you take full responsibility for its care (cleaning up fur, bathing it) and for covering the cost of any damage it causes.
