Beautiful Lake View with Private Balcony

Nice spacious private master bedroom with private bathroom and private balcony with a breathtaking lake view minutes away from the MDC Hialeah campus in a safe gated community. I'm a single mom, rarely home looking to rent out my bedroom (I'll sleep in the guest room downstairs) to pay off some debts. I am very pet friendly and have several cats and 2 dogs. I work 9-5 and then usually do a part time job in the evenings so I am never in that beautiful bedroom. Looking for a responsible college student or students to occupy the room and pay on time monthly to help me out with my financial hardship. There is one parking spot in front of the house available and WIFI and utilities are included. The room does not have a TV but will help you put one up if you bring your own. Room is fully furnished and has one queen bed. If you want a room mate in that room, i can bring down the large bed, and you can bring in 2 twins if you have it. The property has 3 pools, a basketball court, and 24 hour security.
