Hi! I’m a 30-year-old woman looking for a roommate to take over the second bedroom in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment.

The roommate would be replacing a current lessee on the lease, so they would need to complete the apartment community’s application and be approved by the leasing office before moving in.

You’d be sharing the apartment with me and my medium-to-large, very friendly dog . He’s sweet and used to having people around.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, responsible, and easy to live with. I’m happy to chat and see if we’d be a good fit before moving forward with the leasing process.
