I have a quiet comfortable three bedroom two and a half bath townhome in the Kendall area near Baptist Hospital. It is close to every Expressway extension side roads and even public transportation. Close to the colleges close to the hospital. It is a furnished bedroom with a bed dressers nightstand and a TV. There's a large walk-in closet and plenty of space if you want to put a little desk. Utilities are included in the rent. You have access to laundry and kitchen. No short-term rental preferably female credit check and background check will be performed. You must be okay with a dog and a cat as well as stairs. No other pets allowed
