Hi,

I have one empty room available near the zoo for $1000. You'll have complete access to kitchen, laundry, and a large patio area. The bathroom would be shared with me.

There will be an elderly (super sweet) pitbull in the house, so looking for someone who likes dogs. If you have a very small dog that could be ok, my pitbull only likes small dogs.

Social drinking is ok and I'd be cool with occasional hangouts and stuff but not looking for weed/ cigarette smokers. Overall I'm a very normal / down to earth , respectful person and just looking for someone similar!
