Hi! Looking for someone to take over my room as I am moving out. It’s a room in a 3 bedroom house, open neighborhood not a gated community, backyard access, laundry inside. Furnished with queen bed, dresser, and a mini fridge. Can be unfurnished if you'd like. Bathroom would be shared with one other roommate.

There is a pet Husky in the house. If you have a small dog that would be ok but probably not a big one.

The roommate that is staying is a professional male in his late 20s. Just looking for a normal, responsible person to fit right in.
