Flex Room Available

Hi! I’m Isabella, 20, and currently a student living in a 1BR apartment in Edgewater at Urban 22.

I’m looking for a female roommate from now until September 1st. The apartment is fully furnished with a balcony, large kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, and lots of natural light/views.

The available space is a very large furnished flex-space/living room area that can comfortably fit a bed or sofa bed setup with plenty of room remaining. The mirror shown in the photos has already been removed to create more open space, and the area would be set up more as a bedroom-style living arrangement rather than a traditional living room.

Rent would be $900/month.

I’m very clean, calm, and I’d love someone around my age, ideally a student, intern, or international student staying in Miami for the summer. Open to potentially finding another place together afterward too if we get along well :)
