Edgewater Waterfront Apt | Master w/ Private Bath

I’m looking for a roommate to share a calm, beautiful waterfront apartment in Edgewater.

You’d have the master bedroom with a private bathroom. The unit has a south facing balcony that gets incredible natural light all day. You can see both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony which I believe is one of the best parts of the apartment.

Washer and dryer are in-unit, and the building itself is quiet and well maintained (not a party building). The common areas are nicely furnished so you’d just need to furnish your own bedroom.

Rent: $1,400/month

Home vibe & lifestyle: I work a lot and keep an early schedule. I'm usually in bed around 10pm and up around 6am. Because of this I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who values a peaceful home.

Looking for someone who is: Respectful, considerate, and very tidy (this is important). Not hosting late nights or parties at odd hours. A fellow cat lover as I have a very sweet cat who fully runs this household.
