Located at a luxury condominium building in Edgewater. 4 floors of amenities including 4 pools (Olympic pool, hot tub, bay pool, lounge pool), gym, sauna, steam room, bay lounge, game room, kids room, spa, hairdresser, nail salon, movie theatre. Valet parking spot (you can also self-park) included. We can get the cleaning, grocery shopping at Whole Foods, Target, Costco, mail and packages, laundry, and cooking for you for an extra fee each month. Back your bags and move into a full-service, beautiful, luxurious, organized, healthy, happy and clean home with a view all over Miami and the ocean. You can use our kitchen, living room, balcony. Private elevator. Concierge. 35-year old female (entrepreneur and attorney) and 7 year old super smart, well-behaved, clean, and fun boy. We love to cook, bake, workout, mediate, watch the sunrise, follow our passions—we are very busy (work, business, school) and our home is our oasis.
