Lease take over in Edgewater's Newest Building

My lease is ending this week, and I’m exploring the option of transferring it to someone new. I’m also selling all of my furniture and would ideally love to do both together, simply to avoid having to sell everything piece by piece. I spent a lot of time furnishing the entire apartment back in February, so finding someone who would like to take over the lease and purchase the furniture would make for a smooth and easy transition.

It's located in Edgewater's hottest new building, amenities are top notch including karaoke room, golf simulator, a Whole Foods, cold plunge, sauna, pool, etc.
