Hi! I have a room to rent in my apartment at a bayfront condo building located in Midtown Miami.
The available room comes with its own private bathroom and access to shared spaces: kitchen, living room, balcony and in unit laundry. You will have access to the building amenities that currently include :

* On- site convenience store
* Dry cleaners
* Hair salon
* Fitness center

! Pool area and tennis courts are under construction.

This is a great spot for someone who enjoys city living with walkable distance (10min) to Trader Joes, WholeFoods, Target, Home Goods and Design District. The room will be available starting January, no pets. Rent is $/month and includes water, internet, and one parking space. Electric bill will be split each month as it varies.

About me: I have lived in Miami for the past 8yrs, I work in Media and enjoy yoga, working out, meal prepping, dancing and learning about new things everyday. I am looking for a girl roommate who enjoys engaging with others, is respectful, tidy, and organized.
