Looking for clean, respectful roommate

I'm looking for a clean, respectable roommate. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms unit, split lay out. The rent for the room is $2,000 plus utility (Electricity, Water, Sewer and Internet which we will split). The apartment is on the 26 floor, Edgewater/Downtown Miami area with a beautiful view.

The apartment is beautiful and zen.

I don't have too many criteria. I like to keep all common areas clean and in order at all times (it's nice to come home to a clean space). The less clutter the better. I'm reasonable and emotionally stable. Open minded and adventurous.

I like to run, bike, swim, and weight-train. Do yoga, photography, etc... (except right now, I'm recovering from surgery)
