Walk to the Beach

Large, (bamboo)furnished bedroom with your own private bathroom and access to the rest of the apartment.

Currently, my girlfriend and I share 1 bedroom/1 bathroom and are looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom/2nd bathroom.

Located in Eastern Shores, right by Sunny Isles. I used to live in Sunny Isles for years but just bought this place and appreciate the change of scenery. We are located directly on a canal which adds to the overall, beach/FL vibe we’re goin for. We have a nice 10x10 southeast facing balcony, providing nice sunlight throughout the day. Still walking distance to the beach and a ton of shopping but away from the “hectic” city. Just walk over the bridge though and your right back on the beach(in Sunny Isles Beach).

We are very chill; mostly quiet people. We have been dating now for about 3 years. We both work full time jobs but try and take advantage of the place we live in as well. I have 1 cat who is about 15 years old and theres a chance I get a kitten soon(but no guarantees). I am Stefan, male in my 30s. Originally from New York but been living down here for almost 15 years. My girlfriend is in her 20s, originally from the Philippines; and she is the cooler person in our relationship for sure. Our social life isn’t the most eventful but we’re always looking to make more friends, meet good people and just have good times.

Looking for a clean, responsible, drama free roomate who pays rent on time. (Ideally, when we travel; you wouldn’t mind feeding my cats(s) and plants 🙂 but not required). You would have access to a gated parking spot if needed as well. Our building has basic amenities; pool, BBQ grills, small gym, sauna, and a recreation room with a pool table and activities.
