Important upfront:

• 🏢 Building approval required — you’ll need to submit a separate tenant application directly to the building’s management after we agree to move forward. This is a required step regardless of my approval, so please only apply if you’re comfortable with that extra process.

• 🚗 Parking is not included in rent — it’s a separate fee paid directly to the building

• 🐾 No pets — I already have one dog, and the building only allows one dog per unit

The Room:

Spacious master bedroom in a 2BR/2BA apartment — this used to be the primary suite, so it’s oversized with its own private balcony access. Comes furnished with a queen bed, a large dresser, and a small table with two chairs — move-in ready.

The Apartment:

• There’s also a small den (no windows) set up with two twin beds for occasional guest use — it’s not a bedroom, just tight extra space. If you have someone staying over, just give me a heads-up in advance so we’re not both trying to use it at the same time

• Full kitchen and living area, shared with me

About me:

I’m an attorney (DCF) who works from home most of the week, so you’ll see me around during the day. I’m a bit of a night owl (usually up till around midnight, definitely not a morning person!) but nothing too wild. I teach yoga part-time on Sunday mornings, and I like to get out on the town occasionally on weekends.

Edgewater — walkable, close to the Design District, Wynwood, and downtown, with bay views nearby.
