Private room with private bathroom, walk-in closet, and semi-independent entrance in a calm, well-maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in Downtown Miami, with beautiful sunrise and sunset views.

The room is available starting February 1st and is for ONE person only. No couples, no families, and no children.

The building offers great amenities, including:

I work from home full time, so I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful roommate. Gender doesn’t matter. I prefer someone who works outside the home during the day, as this is a peaceful, low-noise environment. No parties or gatherings — occasional visits are fine, but this is not a party house.

Shared spaces (kitchen, fridge, and common areas) are fully available and shared with respect, cleanliness, and organization. Privacy and harmony are very important here.

Important note:
The room is currently occupied, so photos show the space as it is now, with furniture and personal belongings. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on preference. Existing furniture can stay, or the room can be delivered empty. Price remains the same.
