The home is quiet and owner-occupied. I work from home and generally keep to myself, and I'm looking for a roommate with a similarly independent, respectful lifestyle. Someone who works outside the home on a regular schedule would be a particularly good fit.

The kitchen and main common areas are available for reasonable shared use. The den is my private work/personal space. This is not a party or highly social household; it's best suited to someone who likes having their own space and prefers a calm home environment.

Occasional guests are normal, but I'm looking for someone who is considerate about noise, shared spaces, and overnight guests.

I'm initially looking for a shorter-term arrangement so we can make sure it's a good fit for both of us, with the possibility of renewing.
