Looking for someone to rent this room which can be rented as is or upgraded furniture . I have a queen size bed can replace with the twin bed currently I the room . House is always kept very clean and whoever rents must be also respectful of keeping the house cleaning up after themselves and respectful of the others living here . Looking for a New tenant who is nice , clean , respectful of the property .
I have a new puppy rarely barks he’s only 16 weeks old very lovable and when not sleeping he’s outside in the yard . So whoever renta must also love dogs. My puppy is olde English bulldog friendly and most of the time you wouldn’t know he is even here as he sleeps in my room and on the couch or under the couch in the living room . Often spends time at another property I have with another dog so he’s never an issue.
