It's essential for all roommates to be proactive about cleaning up after themselves and to avoid disrupting each other’s peace. To ensure the home stays well-maintained, a professional cleaning crew visits bi-weekly for general upkeep and to service the AC. This service is meant to complement, not replace, your regular cleaning habits.

If you prefer not to have your room or bathroom cleaned during these visits, please inform us ahead of time or keep your door locked on cleaning days. We're ideally looking for someone who is interested in a long-term stay, but we understand life's demands can vary. Should you need to vacate, we ask for a two-month notice to facilitate a smooth transition, with no penalties for leaving provided the notice requirement is met.
