Room for Rent in the Heart of Miami

Hi there! We are Melissa & Erich. We are a couple looking to rent our second bedroom & bathroom in our apartment located in 'The Roads' which is a neighborhood in the heart of Miami close to pretty much every area and near several highways. We have a two bedroom two bath and we share the masterbedroom. You will have your own room with your own closet of course and bathroom right next door to your room. Your room is not furnished except for a dresser you may choose to keep or dispose of. The rest of the house is a shared space. We have a large living room with flatscreen tv, playstation, board games, instruments. A large balcony with a beautiful view of The Roads & brickell. A kitchen with appliances, washer dryer in unit and a dining area with a dining table. This apartment is 5 minute drive from brickell, little havana and shanendoah area, 7 min drive to downtown. 10-15 drive to edgewater, coconut grove, coral gables. And since the highway is so close you can get to miami beach in 15 min. You're also walking distance from keybiscayne entrance and 5 minute drive to the beach. There are several amenities like a pool, a gym, business center, community center with pool table and vending machine. We are a very peaceful couple who get along great. No need to worry about drama when living with a couple. We are super chill, laid back, and we aren't wild ppl. We are also looking for chill laidback people who preferably have a job.
