Private furnished bedroom available in a clean and comfortable apartment in Miami.

The room includes a bed, closet, and basic furnishings. The bathroom is located in the hallway and will be primarily used by the tenant. The kitchen, living room, and common areas are fully available.

Important: I will be traveling during April, so the tenant will have the apartment mostly to themselves during that time. When I return, the apartment will be shared with me (I keep my own bedroom).

• Rent: $1650 per month
