I’m looking for a female roommate (preferably) whose okay with pets, I have a rabbit and dogs who are in playpens.

Someone who works and can provide proof, would be added to the lease.
First, last and deposit of $1400 required(total 4200) which you would get back $1400(your deposit) if no damages occur while you stay on the property. I have already paid a security deposit to the landlord and will not be held liable for any damages occurred by others.
Wi-Fi, Water and Electricity included.
Street parking available.
Furnished. You get a mattress, bed frame, and dresser. Ignore everything else in the video the room will be cleared for you. (Unless you want a plushie lol I can give you a buddy for company.)
