4-bedroom home in a gated community in South Miami

Looking for the right roommate for a 4-bedroom home in a gated community in South Miami. Honestly, it’s a pretty great setup, and I’m more focused on finding the right person than filling the room quickly.

-Private first-floor bedroom and bathroom

Spacious 4-bedroom home in a gated community

Great South Miami location

I’ve lived here for two years and genuinely love the place

Flexible living arrangement with no traditional lease or long-term contract. Just communicate ahead of time if you plan to move out.

Currently just me living here, with another roommate (a friend’s cousin) expected to join

A little about me:

I’m pretty laid-back, but ambitious. Recently left McKinsey, currently working at Apple in Brickell, and building a startup in the film/entertainment space. I’m into entrepreneurship, music, film, art, fitness, meeting interesting people, and generally making the most of Miami.

I’m social and always down for a good conversation, dinner, or occasional night out, but during the week I’m usually working, building something, or out doing my own thing.

Who I’d love to live with:

Ideally someone in their 20s or 30s who’s building something or working toward something. Startup founders, creatives, young professionals, students, and people in tech, entertainment, or business are all welcome.

A few things that matter to me:

Clean and respectful of shared spaces

Independent, with their own interests and routine

Ambitious or curious about life, whatever that looks like for them

Enjoys a relaxed, productive atmosphere during the week

Social and friendly, but respects privacy and downtime

Good communicator and considerate of the other people living there

Not looking for a party house or somewhere where the TV is running all day. More of a home base for people who are out living life, pursuing their interests, and occasionally coming together for good conversation.
