1950's Contemporary Jungle House near Brickell

Contemporary Jungle house with 1950's cuban flair located in The Roads. The house is covered in trees and foliage.

I am an artist and am out of the house often for work and performances. I do have a home studio with instruments and expensive equipment so I make sure to keep the place clean. I have mostly had women rent the space even though I'm a guy, they all have found that living with me has provided security and safety and am happy to have them speak to you as references. The entire house is furnished and is located in a highly sought-after area known as The Roads.

The place is located across the street from the Vizcaya Metro rail with access to public transportation. It is literally a 10 minute walk to the beach, with restaurants and bars literally a 5 minute walk away. Its a very nice area and I'm great friends with my neighbors. We all support each other greatly.
