This is one of the safest, cleanest neighborhoods in Florida (right next to the police department, won the neighborhood w the lowest crime rate in FL!), and it’s insanely walkable — salons, restaurants, gyms, Pura Vida, and the mall are all steps away.

I’m 24, originally from Mexico City, living in Miami — my only family in the U. S. is my sister in Orlando. I’m not just looking for someone to split rent with; I’d love to find a roommate who could become a genuine friend and build a real home together.

• I cook and bake often (and love doing it for others), mostly healthy meals
• Very clean and organized — I even bring in a deep cleaner monthly
