Miami Beach Lux Condo - All Inclusive

Hi. This is an amazing apartment. I was born on the island and identified this building as having the best views. The first unit i got was on the 3rd floor. The second was on the 5th floor. Now on the top floor with the best view. Going on vacation means staying home.

Never has a gender preference been made however there is a new member of the house that was re-homed from a woman who is no longer able to care for her. Cookie is a 9 year old mini schauzer that adores women. She goes wild when women visit or she sees one on her walks. Therefore, I'd like to get her an emotional support human.

This place is casual with Miami Beach Bungalow vibes. The water changes color throughout the day and it overlooks the most popular boating destination in Miami Beach, the haulover sandbar is in the backyard.

The building is on the bay and the apt has bay and ocean vistas. Dolphins, Rays, Turtles, Manatees, Osprey, Cormorants, Pelicans, Parrots are common sights.

The Sandbar is a stones throw from the dock. The pool is on the bay with BBQ, wifi and Tikki Huts. The kitchen is very well outfitted. The bath has marble counter, bidet and designer 7" rain shower and 4" handheld.

This is prime tourist territory just off the path and quiet. To walk to the beach is 15minutes and 12 blocks. The citibike is out front and the beach is 4 minutes. It can be had for $15 a month. Then there is FREEVEE a free ride service provided by BHI for locals in local travel. Of course you may drive if parking is your thing. There is laundry in the unit and down the hall for large items.

Schedule anything any time. Want the kitchen, bathroom or other area all day no problem. One rooommate was a TV actress and used the bathroom 4 hours straight once a week - No problem.

The cost of move in is 1 month for a 1 moth rental and a $50 key deposit. For 2 month or Annual tenant its 1 month rent $500 security and key deposit.

Do you need personal references from past roommates there lots. 3 still are nearby and have agreed to speak to serious candidates. That is those that are pre-approved through interview.

(Why did those 3 move out? One got married, one got a pitbull which isnt allowed and the other got a massive raise and is looking for an apt in this building and visits weekly. He loves Cookie, the dog, and takes her on weekends sometimes.

My schedule includes writing, real estate sales and volunteer with boating organization. My family is nearby and we often get together for dinner. The kitchen is almost always available.

Short term rentals are:

$1875 for 1 month all inclusive including breakfast and alcohol - Ideal for international travelers.
$1675 for 1 month w/ utilities.
$800 for 1 weeks all inclusive w breakfast and alcohol. (Must be 21 or over of course. Ideal for cruisers)
$1375 for annual lease utilities and parking
Student & Uniformed services personnel discount $1200 including utilities. (ID required).

Must love dogs or at least this one.
