Newly built building! Luxury room for rent with private, never used shower/bath and spacious walk in closet. I am the first one living in the apartment since the building was just built. We will both have our own separate bathrooms since this is a 2 bed / 2 full bath apartment.

🗓️Move in date is ASAP, just need a week’s notice to remove the furniture in your room. The lease ends on June 10th, 2026.

Additional monthly expenses include the amenity fee ($35), garbage ($30), pest control ($5), internet ($60), water / sewer ($70), electricity ($150), property management fees ($40) and optional parking ($175). Shared items such as paper towels, soap, coffee beans, cleaning supplies, etc. will be split costs.
