You will enjoy your own private bedroom, large walk-thru closet to your large private bathroom in a modern split-floor plan filled with high-end amenities. This is a NON-SMOKING property.

Financial Requirements: Monthly Rent: $1,000 (Flat rate). NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED.
Included Utilities: Electricity, water, valet trash pickup, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Screening Cost: Mandatory $125 background check. Credit is not an issue.

No pets are permitted due to lease restrictions.
Cat Friendly: I have 2, friendly, felines that already live in the apartment.
