Tenant has their own private room with huge adjoining closet plus adjoining full bathroom with tub. Room is a separate entrance from the living room to ensure privacy. Tenant has use of whole house, i. e. living room, kitchen, lanai, etc. There is free access to excellent Wi-Fi, cable/Wi-Fi television, complete new AC installed, access to a beautiful pool and Pickle ball/tennis courts, all utilities included, Full modern in-house laundry and dryer machines, Maid service every two weeks to clean – change sheets– clean bathroom, etc., free coffee! Private guard gate entrance. Looking for a LONG term lease arrangement if possible. Tenant would be expected to help property owner in various normal chores such as moving the trash out every Sunday night, etc. etc. Tenant must also fill in background form Application provided by the HOA and pay $75. Must pass a background check. Room is presently furnished but will also provide more furniture and type of bed if existing one does not suit. (I would buy the furniture myself but prefer the input of a prospective tenant who would be living in the room.) Tenant is expected to be very neat and clean and pick up after themselves. This is as good as it gets for a long-term room rental! I have been living here for five years with my niece (who is an attorney) and she has moved out to California. I am a man who enjoys peace and quiet and would prefers someone that is nice, interesting, and is a good solid person. I look at the arrangement as bringing in a friend. I have an old but very friendly black cat (who thinks he's a dog.)
