Master Bedroom: The room features a large window overlooking the garden, a private en-suite bathroom, 2 walk-in closets.

Regular Room: The room has a nice window and spacious closet. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate.

It’s the perfect quiet retreat for a professional/student or retiree.
You will have full access to the shared areas of the home, including:
Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher and shared pantry space provided.
Living Area: A cozy, furnished space for relaxing or watching TV.
Laundry: In-house washer and dryer.
Outdoor Area: Access to the (backyard/patio) perfect for morning coffee or BBQing. There is also a large community pool.
We are close to two groceries stores: they are just around the corner. We are also within walking distance to Jensen Beach downtown.

Household Culture
We are looking for a Female roommate who is a non-smoker, clean, respectful of quiet hours, drug free and easy-going.

2nd Bedroom: Female in her early 50's works and travels a lot
3rd bedroom: open
4th bedroom: I stay there(I am the owner) and only visit one weekend a month.
