This is a peaceful, relaxed home. We keep things clean, quiet, and drama-free. If you enjoy a calm, comfortable environment, you’ll fit right in.

We also have a garden space, and you’re welcome to grow your own plants or vegetables if you’d like. We enjoy being outdoors and have a nature-friendly space—we feed birds and have a couple of friendly outdoor cats that visit.

We do have dogs and cats inside, so you must be comfortable with animals.

Looking for someone who is responsible, clean, respectful, and on a regular schedule.

Single occupancy only.
No parties, no drama.
Low-fragrance home (no heavy perfumes/colognes preferred).

The park does require a background check and approval before move-in.
