This home house share is located in the gated Oak Run Resort Community.(s:sites.google viewswthcirocalaflamenities) It has pools with hot tubs and one is even enclosed and heated. It also has an hole golf course , club houses with libraries, pool table rooms and its own restaurant. This home share includes ALL those amenities as well as ALL utilities. The entire house is furnished including the bedroom for you(Can offer unfurnished as well). The bedroom also includes your own private bathroom. You must be pet friendly because I have a small lap dog. I'm not willing to accept additional pets at this time. I am very obsessive about cleanliness so if you're not then PLEASE don't reply. I can be reached . Any person applying must be employed and willing to help keep the home nice, neat and clean. The community requires an application to be completed as well for identity verification. Minimum rental is months but available from year to year as well.
