Mobile home in the city of Dunnellon, Very Small Gated Community for 55 and older, Very quiet location, Free Wireless Internet. Community Pool, Shuffleboard Courts, Library, and Clubhouse available. Small town is safe and far enough inland to not worry about hurricanes and flooding.

Bedroom with Twin sized bed, Mattress, Pillows and covers for them, and Linens provided. Two closets, with shelf above hanging bar. Dresser has 6 Large Drawers and Large mirror. An extra 5' wide cabinet is built in with 6 drawers. Bedside tables included. Hardwood flooring.

Private Bath w/ non-slip Tub/Shower is next door to the bedroom. Shower curtain, towels, and bathmat provided.

Kitchen/Living Room/Dining area will be shared. Kitchen has a small faucet for filtered water -- reverse osmosis system is under the kitchen sink. Counter top ice machine, blender, coffee maker, can opener, toaster oven, microwave, pantry storage, dinnerware, pots and pans, all provided. Refrigerator and freezer space will be shared.

You need to bring nothing but your personal effects and your clothes. Feel free to bring mementos, knickknacks, photos, pictures, wall hangings, plants, your own linens and towels. Feel free to change curtains/drapes, and we can discuss if you want to paint, or add rugs.

Shopping Centers, WalMart, Publix, CVS, City Library, restaurants, and fast food places, are all within just a few blocks. The city beach on the Withlacoohee River is less than 5 minutes away. Rainbow Springs, even during "Snowbird Season", is less than 10 minutes away.

Laundry Room w/ Washer/Dryer, and a Rack for air drying clothes on the screened back porch. Large unfenced, partially shaded backyard available for sunbathing or picnic. Small side yard for quick night time potty breaks with your dog. Walking the streets inside the park with your dog is allowed as long as you scoop. Lamposts in the park illuminate everything well at night.

Gated Community requires Identification and a clean Background Check.

Small Dog (must be walked on a leash) or Indoor only Cat allowed, as long as they are current on Rabies shot, house trained or litter box trained, and will be allowed free run of the place, and on any of the furniture, as long as they are NOT destructive and don't attack my indoor only cat.

I'm quiet, spend a lot of time reading, but also daily on my phone with nearby family and friends, and I game on my computer. I rarely have visitors and never entertain in my home. You're welcome to invite friends occasionally and I'll not intrude on your time with them.

Due by the 3rd of every month, $625plus 1/2 of utilities (water, sewer, electric, based on my current usage, likely never more than $150 per month). Garbage pickup, lawn care, and use of all facilities (club house, pool, library, wi-fi, shuffleboard courts) are included in rent.

Females preferred, age 55 or over. First lease will be for 3 months so we can evaluate if this will work long term.

NO SMOKING, No Illegal Drugs, including no pot! No loud music. No guests after 10PM. This will all be stipulated in the lease agreement.
