Quiet gated community in the heart of Belleview. Walking distance to Walgreens, the post office and other local businesses. All utilities included; Electric, water, trash, lawn, pest control, high speed internet and cable with Disney, Hulu, HBO Max, etc included. Community clubhouse with a small pool. Room is furnished but can be unfurnished. Currently there is a queen sized storage bed, nightstand and a desk and chair.
