Room for Rent with shared Bathroom Starting at $30 per day/$210 per 7 days stay for 1BR-Single occupancy (1person).it is an extra $5/day for a room with a private bathroom.

Rooms include free onsite Laundry, a full kitchen, and utilities including high-speed internet. All rooms are fully furnished. NO SMOKING or PETS.

To start your stay, you will need a valid government ID, a deposit of $500 (fully refundable) and a minimum of 5 days stay at $30/day. The total cost to start your stay is a minimum of $650, NO EXCEPTIONS.

The base price is the daily rate for a smaller single occupancy (1 person) with access to a shared bathroom. Additional fees could apply for access to private bathroom, an attached garage, private entrance or double occupancy (2 people).
