Room available 40 minutes from Tampa!

We are looking for another female (preferably also in her 20s) to move in as soon as possible to our 4 bed, 2 bath home in Palmetto, FL. There is a great kitchen and spacious living room. Tampa and Sarasota are both less than 40 minutes away so it’s an easy commute to either. The $850 includes all utilities including water, electric, and Wi-Fi.

You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. We currently have cats and a couple reptiles so we would prefer someone who does not have any pets, but it can be considered. The room is currently fully furnished with a bed, nightstand, large dresser, TV, and a vanity, but any of these can be removed if you want to bring your own furniture. There is also a good sized closet with hangers, shoe rack, and even hampers if you want to use them!

We are looking for someone who is willing to help keep shared spaces clean! A background check will also be required before move in.
