Queen bed, armoire and nightstand with built in receptacle for electronics. Bathroom has a large tiled shower, no tub. Small fenced yard with outside seating and table with shade sail.

Off street parking. Shared Washer Dryer in building.

Furnishings must stay. people max. We might consider one small dog with $ non refundable pet deposit. We can talk about your dog.
