I own the home, and one bedroom available is upstairs with its own loft, full bath and ac. There is another bedroom currently used as a workout space as well.

Home is fully furnished other than the bedrooms. Walk in closet in the bedroom and renovated bath upstairs.

*About me: 32 y/o female from FL. I work during the week with 1 home remote day. I like to keep the home very clean. My dogs are my world but wouldn’t expect you to help me with them (unless you wanted to). The home has a fenced in backyard and very close to store, UTC, parks and trails.
