Nice black couple looking for a roommate that is down to earth that could possibly be friends or we could keep it professional and just be your landlord/roommate we are very friendly no weirdness no craziness and nothing unprofessional. We are lenient and we are understanding but we also cherish safety and privacy. If you have a pet it is OK but extra due to the fact we will have to pay extra so the deposit & monthly rent does varies depending upon how what kind of animal, the breed, the size, etc. .
